How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location in South Africa. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. The sender name appears as "NC Health" on the parcel. We never share your personal information with third parties, and all data is handled in accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).

How accurate are the tests?

All our tests are sourced from accredited laboratories and meet international quality and accuracy standards. However, no test is 100% accurate. We recommend discussing your results with a qualified healthcare professional for proper interpretation and next steps.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused test kits within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used test kits. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Do I need medical knowledge to use these tests?

No medical background is required. Every test kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions designed for easy understanding. If you have any questions during the process, our support team is available via email and WhatsApp to guide you.

How do I get my results?

Most of our tests are rapid tests that provide results within minutes of completing the test at home. The results are read directly from the test device according to the included instructions. For tests requiring laboratory analysis, you'll receive secure access to your results as specified in the product description.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers. Your financial data is encrypted and protected according to industry standards.

Can I track my order?
