NomaCare returns and refunds policy. 30-day return window for unopened items.
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unopened, unused test kits within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used test kits
- Test kits with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items that have passed their expiry date
- Products not in their original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your test kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@nomacare.co.za or WhatsApp +27 63 168 0223 with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorisation: Our team will review your request and provide return authorisation and instructions
- Package Your Return: Ensure the item is unopened and in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective)
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Important: Please obtain proof of postage and tracking for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Method & Timing
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow:
- 2-3 business days for inspection and processing
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at support@nomacare.co.za or +27 63 168 0223. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
