Screening is not a final diagnosis

A rapid or self-screening result is a screening result. A reactive or positive result requires the next steps described in the supplied instructions and appropriate confirmatory testing or professional guidance. An invalid, unclear or uncertain result should not be interpreted as negative.

Timing and recent exposure

A non-reactive result may not exclude a very recent infection. Detection timing varies by infection, sample, test design and individual circumstances. Follow the instructions supplied with the exact product and seek professional advice about appropriate testing after a recent exposure.

Symptoms and urgent concerns

Do not delay healthcare because of a home-screening result. Seek professional care for symptoms, persistent concerns, a known exposure or a result that worries you. For a medical emergency, use the appropriate emergency service immediately.

Correct use

Before opening the kit, confirm that the packaging is intact and within its expiry date. Read the manufacturer instructions in full and follow the specified sample type, preparation, quantity, timing, storage conditions and result-reading window. Do not combine components from different kits or use damaged or expired components.

Privacy

NomaCare does not need your result to fulfil an order or operate the optional Check Again planning service. Avoid sending unnecessary test results or private health information through ordinary email, marketing forms, reviews or return requests.
