How We Ship

Courier Partners

We work with trusted courier partners including The Courier Guy, Aramex, and PostNet to ensure reliable delivery across South Africa.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM SAST. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your NomaCare account
  • Visiting our Track Order page
  • Contacting our support team

Discreet Packaging

We understand that privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents. The sender name on the parcel appears as "NC Health" – there is no mention of NomaCare or the nature of the products inside.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Contact us at support@nomacare.co.za or WhatsApp +27 63 168 0223
  3. We'll work with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels are typically held at the local depot for 7 days before being returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
