Private delivery across South Africa

Orders are packed discreetly and sent to the delivery address entered at checkout.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery: R99.
• Free delivery: qualifying orders of R750 or more, as calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently deliver within South Africa. The checkout total is the final confirmation of the delivery option and charge available for an order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery commonly takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control. These periods are estimates rather than guarantees.

Tracking and discreet packaging

Where tracking is available, it is sent using the contact details supplied with the order. External packaging is kept plain and does not display test results or private health information.

Address accuracy

Please check the recipient name, mobile number and delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, an address change might not be possible and additional courier charges may apply.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Email support@nomacare.co.za with your order number. We will review the courier record and explain the available next step.
