3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment methods as displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within South Africa only. Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused test kits within 30 days of delivery.
